Still working at "V" company. keep on wondering around too lazy to find another job. Crew'z always changes , friends come and go, memory will keep on remain.

People come and go....Staying at VADS the is joy. But LIfe is a life there is a hardship in the middle of the journey...

I do not like it .... knowing a new friend for a few month and there is a time for them to say good bye due to seeking for another road.

Hm... where will my journey end.. Which road should i take?......

... Working at Vads, starting with so many friends and finally only a few remains. People keep on find their own path after seem felt not suitable with our company and other got better offer....

The road full of car!!! Full of crazy driver!!
everyday need to go out for work almost 2 hours or 1 and half hours early......
getting back? of couser after maghrib even that day shift end at 6.30pm..

This is a word ok KL town....wherever there is a road, it still keep full of a tone of transport......

So far my othing with team is at Cameron and PD also barbeque nite at SUngai buloh " d'manggis "

Hope to find a work at my hometown soon!!!!

Never imagine the situation to become like this. The same time happened, should expect the unexpected thing to come across.

Recently going for Vads Lead 3.0, but failed at call center practise..

working with vads
contract already renew for a year
hmm...is it a good things? i am not sure.

working....of course there is a conflict everywhere just how you gonna to manage it ...
so far i need to focus on the job while preparing to improve my self..

anyway hope both of them have a great day as a coule or husband and wife.

It is almost six month working at V as a customer service representative. A lot of things happened and I fell gooood...hahaha

Experiencing bad and good day.. 30 minutes just for customer to scold at you... cant speak anything let them pour the bad things and their madness untill they felt a bit ok..then you can speak to them. We been paid for listening or facing the unsatisfied/ unsolved problem by customer. Becouse customer indeed need some place or person to throw everything unsettle or unsatisfied feeling. We are the CSR.

Working as CSR make me realize that how's important for the CSR to be there and answer and helping customer even sometimes customer just said a bad things without thingking we are there to help and solve their problem. We are the one at the front door to attend their problem. But it is just customer is always right and they are the king.... I got paid then I need to entertain them. Fair isnt!!!! hehehe

Working here...meeting with such a great environment even though i am not satisfied with certain things but everywhere also same same 😅 nothing PERFECT... so if u r not be able to adjust your sail just move to another ship lol....

Getting to know lot of friends here.. young teeneger. They are very friendly and very open.. always in a good mood .... yeah but i cant sunk to dat enviroment 100% coz i am already 28 and i got big responsible... Money is needed and need to reduce my " hoohaaa" with ...

Am i suitable for this kind of job? maybe so i dont know....

But still searching for others job.....

WIth the team of batch 224 we already went to PD for barbeque also Cameron for holiday..very nice.... a lot of story

- what to do..

Today the day of 02 Jan 2012. Rite now I am not working with Banking Industy anymore. What can i say just go on.. CUstomer service representative is my current job. ANswering call, provide solution, create a report for every cases. Hm a bit tough. ... Need to maintain the KPi's and etc...

But the enviroment is good and not totally good...NOrmallah, it cannot satisfy everbody. Each person have their own satisfaction and demand...so for me i cant said it is the rite job for me. But need to work to get money...work..work untill there's another job for me ler.

After resign my previous job, I am not working for 2 months then the money is missing? haha poor money management from me.. then comes to kl and working at ttdi as a customer service rep. NOw it already been 5 months. 1 month to go coz my contract is only for 6 months.

First location undergo training at semua house, jalan masjid india

then training at tm collegue jalan semarak

then at Menara Rebung tm at Kerinchi

Lastly, working at ttdi.....
